With coronavirus in mind, we want to pass on our knowledge to homecooks. At the beginning of every Cookology class, we’ll go over our new program: Keep the Kitchen Clean, a five-minute crash course in food handling and sanitation. Cookology’s chefs will give tips for keeping surfaces clean and maintaining food at proper temperatures. We want to help everyone practice restaurant-level food safety at home.
