Join us for Meal Prep & Planning and learn amazing recipes for a successful week of delicious and nutritious food!
The 60/40 rule suggests that 60% of your health is influenced by what you eat and 40% by how much you exercise. However, everyone’s balance is unique. Regardless of where you fall on this spectrum, our hands-on cooking class will equip you with essential skills, including knife techniques, sauce preparation, and various cooking methods.
In each class, over the course of six weeks, we cover the essential components for a healthy balance: proteins, sauces, energizing starches, vegetables, and prep/recovery juices. What we love about adding sauces to each class is that they can be made and used for various chicken dishes.
Buy the entire series which begins Mondays: September 30 to November 4 for $720 or drop in each class for $120.
