For curbside delivery we will hand off your order under the pedestrian bridge at Ballston Quarter.

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees and pop your meal kit in for 30 minutes. Specific reheat instructions are provided with your meal.

If you would like Wine or Beer with your order, you can order on our website for curbside pickup!   

The Benefit of Reheat Meal Kits

We are offering meals that you can reheat in your own oven at home. All food will be cooked in our kitchen first, and for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven you reheat at your home. We did this to decrease any potential contamination between us and you. The menus specifically cannot overcook–they actually get better with more time and temperature.

WHO IS CREATING THIS AND WHERE?
Only one chef, Javier Loayza and one dishwasher, at Ballston Quarter in our Professional Kitchen, are creating one pan meals (casseroles) for groups of 4 – 6 people. It’s a small operation that will stay small. We don’t want to need more employees and a large line. We are only offering 10 meals per dish per day to keep production low and contamination to nill.

Who is Chef Javier Loayza?

A former executive chef from Metropolitan Restaurant Group, Chef Javier is one of the best chefs we have. If you’ve taken his classes you’ll know he sets the bar high for students to get the most out of every class. When we hire chefs it is always tricky–they need to be great at cooking too even though we rarely if ever have them cook a full meal for customers.  Chef Javier is one of the best chefs for creating delicious dishes, which is why we asked him to take on the job of catering. We guarantee you will love each dish, and if you don’t we will give you your money back!
