Cookology Video Competition

Today we launch our new video contest for a chance to win Free Cooking Classes for Adults & Kids!

By using #GetCooking, #GetCookingDulles, and #GetCookingBallston, show us why you love Cookology, or the memories you’ve made by cooking with family and friends.

We are not looking for professionally edited videos, so throw that tri-pod back in the closet and flip your phone around to take a relaxed video talking about your passion!

There will be two competitions this year, one for adults and one for children with Two Grand Prizes!!

The requirements for each competition are below, and winners will be chosen on December 24th, just in time for the holidays! What better gift to get yourself and your family than free cooking classes?!

Winners will be chosen with two things in mind: 1) The total number of votes by Cookology staff on their favorite video and, 2) The total number of likes, shares, or reblogs that your video gets on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter! Tell all your family, friends and coworkers to like or share your post so you have the best chance of winning!

2nd Place Winner – 5 Free Adult Classes at Any Cookology Location

Kid’s Entries:

Grand Prize – Two Free ½ Day Cooking Camps at Any Cookology Location

2nd Place – 5 Free Kids Classes at Any Cookology Location

 

How Do I Enter?

Post a video on our Facebook or tag us on Instagram or Twitter while using the hashtags #GetCooking, #GetCookingDulles, and #GetCookingBallston and tell us:

1) The reason you love Cookology

2) Why you love (or hate!) to cook, and why you want to learn more

3) Why you want your loved one or child to learn how to cook

4) Why cooking is so important for you and your family in the past, present, and/or future.

 

Rules for Entry:

  1. Videos must include the hashtag, #GetCooking, #GetCookingDulles, and/or #GetCookingBallston to be considered and must have a Cookology social media account tagged, either on the original post or in the comments so we can see it.
  2. Videos do not have to be a specified length. If you or your child talks about their passion, any video will have the chance to win!
  3. Determination of winner will be based on two criteria. 1) The total number of votes by Cookology staff on their favorite video and, 2) The total number of likes, shares, or reblogs that your video gets on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
  4. All video submissions must be received by Cookology at 12:00pm EST on December 20th, 2018 to be considered. Winners will be announced via Cookology’s social media before December 25th.
  5. Winner’s classes will expire December 20th, 2019.
