OCTOBER 21st – OCTOBER 23rd 2019

Knife Skills Class – $35/pp

It’s the most important culinary skill you can learn!

In this class our professional chef will discuss how a knife is built, the different parts of a knife, different knife varieties, and the best knife brands. You’ll learn how to care for your knife, including sharpening, honing, cleaning and storage. We will teach the proper handling and show the most useful cuts and techniques using herbs and vegetables.

You’ll prepare a small vegetable soup.

FRIDAY – OCTOBER 25th 2019

7:00pm

Entertainment Bites – $65/pp

In this class our professional chef will teach you how to create bite-sized appetizers for your dinner parties and events. 

You’ll prepare Sausage (Optional) Mushroom Puffs, Parmesan Tuiles with Tarragon Shrimp butter, butternut squash bruschetta with herbed ricotta on crostini, and candied pecans.

SATURDAY – OCTOBER 26th 2019

10:00am

Family Class – $40/pp

In this class our professional chef will teach your entire family how to work together to create delicious breakfast sweets and eats, perfect to recreate any morning. 

You will prepare stuffed french toast with berry compote, baked egg cups, maple glazed bacon, and apple fries with caramel cream dip.

Each family member must register individually.

 

SATURDAY – OCTOBER 26th 2019

6:30pm

Saturday Night Social: Mixology & Good Eats – $65/pp

Bring a friend, a date, or just yourself to make and enjoy a delicious meal and cocktail prepped and made by YOU!

Mingle with those around you while you learn some useful skills in the kitchen. Then, sit down and enjoy your meal. This cooking class is a completely hands-on experience.

All participants must be 21+.

You will prepare asparagus soup topped with lump crabmeat and olive oil poached shrimp, Comte Gougeres, Caramelized Pear top cake paired with a Local Gin Lavender Shrub Cocktail.

12:00pm
