HAPPY CLAUSE
If you are, at any time during the class, UNHAPPY, we ask that you let your chef know as soon as possible, or let the receptionist know before you leave COOKOLOGY. It is our goal to correct any mistakes or issues that make you uncomfortable while you are with us.
Here are some things that might come up:
- The class and/or elements of the class are not as described online.
- You didn’t like the food.
- You didn’t like your instructor.
If you leave Cookology without giving us feedback or alerting us to a problem, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. If you let us know during an event or prior to leaving that something is wrong, it will give us a chance to make you happy. We cannot make you happy or correct an issue once you leave. If making you happy on-site fails, a credit or refund will be discussed via email with management within 48 hours of the class.
We are positive you will have an amazing time with us! Happy Cooking!
