Welcome to our kitchen….we are a culinary school for recreational classes and professional certification. Renting ghost kitchens is not our sole business. The space that is available is either one private kitchen or one shared kitchen. Hours vary. In order for us to consider your business, please see the Requirements heading below.
Arlington, VA Monthly Minimum:

- Month-to-Month
- No Start-Up Fees
- Some equipment Included
- Cooking equipment (gas burners and gas oven; electric convection ovens, grill, small fryers, regulation vent hoods)
- Utilities included.
- Assigned small wares and utensils included and assigned to each renter.
- Depending on amount of storage, shelves must be purchased by renter.
Applicant Criteria:
- Self-Employed & Incorporated – LLC, S Corp, C Corp (irs.gov)
- Food Liability Insurance with Cookology listed as Additional Insured. (Easy)
- Certificate of Occupancy Permit for Arlington only (Easy)
- Arlington or Loudoun Health Department Food Establishment Permit (Easy)
- Billing is weekly.
