Hello Everyone! We are so excited to announce our upcoming live, Fall Virtual Cooking Classes. After spending countless hours learning in the virtual environment this summer, with over 350 very patient parents and their children, we have become experts in live, step-by-step teaching.
With each class, when you make a purchase, you will automatically have your hands on the daily shopping lists, recipes, equipment lists, and welcome guide. We will then email you the Webex link. (There is no more members section.)
Try our
Delicious Dinners Virtual Classes that begin at 4:30pm, by 6pm you will have dinner on the table for 4! Increase the ingredients or use less, we can help you with the culinary math.
Our mommy & me classes for
Munchkins for ages 3-7 years old were inspired by a few really fun children’s books, so all together we cook for an hour, and end with reading the story.
This upcoming set of
Baking & Pastry classes is for those who want to take baking to the next level. We’ve all been trying to bake, lots of beautiful creations along with the epic fails, so this is for anyone who once to learn the perfection of confection. Take a Baking Break at 4pm three days per week! Culinary Chef Dean Jeffreys who graduated from the CIA and has spent many years teaching pastry techniques to professional students, will head up this class.
Our other fun classes,
Culinary Boot Camp for those who want to start right from the beginning and learn knife skills, soups, stocks, sauces, dry heat and moist heat cooking, and baking and pastry. Because we’re in the virtual environment, and have planned this a day in-between, we’ve added cured Gravalax to the menu.
