In this session Italian wine specialist Bridget Sasso will lead you through a unique, engaging tasting of Italy’s best wines, paired with hors d’ouerves prepared by Chef Brad Spates! All the wines are organic, biodynamic, or conventionally grown – that means nothing unnatural touches the earth or the plants! Cookology is the only place in the area where you can purchase Il Pioppo wines by the bottle. A truly exceptional tasting event.

Friday, July 30; 7:30-9pm: Summer Sangrias with Mary Watson

Join us for a special sangria tasting with sommelier Mary Watson. In this class you’ll learn all about this popular drink, taste different kinds of sangria, plus learn how to easily make it at home. You’ll also learn the basics of pairing food with sangria, with small plates created by professional chef Brad Spates.
