NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION: 3- and 5-day camps for BIG KIDS ages 5-7, 5-day camps for YOUNG CHEFS ages 8-11, and 5-day camps for TEENS ages 12-14.
WHAT’S NEW THIS YEAR? This year we’re turning out NEW MENUS and scheduling LONGER 3-hour time slots for our young chefs and teens camps. We’re also offering more ADVANCED sessions for our repeat campers and bonafide kitchen aficionados, including a Baking Around the World Boot Camp where we’ll explore a different region of the globe through baking and pastry techniques each day, and an Advanced Culinary Boot Camp for Young Chefs and Teens designed to hone essential baking and cooking techniques all in one week-long session. Also, In our NEW CULINARY NUTRITION CAMP we’ll focus on healthy techniques, ingredient substitutions, and learn how to calculate nutrients using American Dietetic Association guidelines. There is even a lesson on Sports Nutrition for aspiring athletes!
Of course, as always, all of our educational and engaging sessions are led by PROFESSIONAL CHEFS who specialize in instruction for kids. Your child will master culinary and baking skills through HANDS-ON experience in measuring, mixing, knife skills, and more – and the kids get to eat what they make at the end of each session!
SPECIALS FOR MASTER CHEFS-TO-BE: If your child is interested in a complete culinary summer immersion program, ask us about our new two-week MASTER CHEF sessions! These programs allow campers to participate in two consecutive weeks of camp – a baking week AND a culinary skills week – where they will experience exposure to both cooking techniques and baking and pastry skills.
