Surprise your sweetie with Chef Brad’s recipe for a decadent no-bake treat. Substitute any liqueur for Kahlua (try Chambord for a hint of raspberry).
INGREDIENTS
3 cups darks chocolate melted
8 oz mascarpone cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
1 Tbsp kahlua liqueur
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Mix mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar togther in the bowl of a stand mixer until light and creamy. Add Kahlua and vanilla and mix until combined well. While the mixer is running, slowly add chocolate and whip until fully combined and stiff. Scoop out truffle mixture into balls and roll in your choice of roasted pecans, almonds, cocoa powder, coconut or anything else you like. Chill until ready to serve.
