Now that summer is over and you’re back to rushing the kids to and from school, soccer practice and sleepovers, dinner is an ideal time of the day to reconnect with your family. In our quest to inspire people to connect through food, this month we’re focusing on giving you information and ideas on how to feed your family. Throughout September we’ll be hosting specially-priced classes focused on teaching you healthy cooking techniques, tips for preparing quick, affordable meals at home, and ways to feature more nutritious fruits and vegetables in your kids’ meals and snacks. We’ll also be posting healthy recipes for adults and kids, helpful resource lists like where to shop for local ingredients in Loudoun, and a contest calling for your best health-ified Fall recipes (details coming Tuesday!).
Below is a peek at what we have in store. More classes for adults and kids will be posted in the next week. We hope you’ll join us.
