We love these menus as much as we enjoy working with the chefs who helped us create them! Our on-site nutritionist, Shelby Santin and plant-based nutritionist Maria Kopsidas, can work with you to satisfy any craving no matter what your diet is like. We also have access to farm fresh produce, meats and cheeses, that are truly local (100 miles or less) and low pesticides (less than 5 sprays per year). The majority of our produce is sourced from Farm Table, a distributor that works with several local farmers.
We are happy to be working with so many amazing chefs and farmers this year.
If you would like a tasting, we would be happy to bring a tasting to your office or you can come to Cookology in Dulles Town Center Mall and meet the chefs and taste their food.
